Jen Gibson, BSN

Strength & Performance Coach | BirthFit™ Coach

Jen is a graduate of Kwantlan Polytechnic University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has worked in a variety of capacities throughout the duration of her 14 year career -- from palliative care to the cardiac unit to intensive care -- the diversity of her experience in respect to quality patient care is one aspect of what makes her such a valuable asset to our clinic and Coaching Staff.

Jen has always had a passion for living and leading an active lifestyle.  Some of her fondest memories as a child are of times spent on family road trips to Banff, Alberta camping, hiking, cycling and enjoying the great outdoors.

Jen's passion for continued growth and learning led her to complete her designations as a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Personal Trainers Network, accreditations for Kinesio-Taping and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, CrossFit™ Judges Course and, most recently, her specialization in Pre/Post Natal Fitness with BirthFit™.

When not working or training, Jen can be found hunting for the latest vegan recipes, reading about dinosaurs -- she almost chose a career in palaeontology -- baking or spending time with her family.
